We have worked with Kelly on 3 different transactions now. Kelly has really good intuition about prices and the market. Her advice helped us sell both houses fast and for a great price. In one sale we had a bit of stress from an aggressive buyer’s agent but she stood her ground and got us through.We purchased a condo with her as well and we got a great value without any tug-of-war that can happen. She also led us to great resources for when we needed good and honest repairs for a great price. Kelly went above and beyond to make sure the house looked nice when I was away and helped make the process easy. It’s never easy to sell a house lived in for 30 years but she got us through it pretty painlessly. She was always a phone call away and we really appreciated her help along the way.

She assessed my house and recommended a price for it that struck me as being very fair. It sold in just two weeks! She is faultlessly honest to her sellers and buyers, refusing to candy-coat detriments in a seller’s house that will bring down the price or exaggerate the good points of a house a buyer is considering.
