Kelly Collette has been the an absolute godsend during this major life event that my family and I have been through. When we made the decision to list our house, she provided all of the necessary information to help guide us through the process. She is a wealth of knowledge and made the whole process run as smooth as possible. I felt as if I were her own family member that she was guiding through the process. She arranged to have our house professionally cleaned prior to photos and had her handy man husband available for repairs that my husband couldn’t tackle. She was always readily available for any of our needs and took care of everything in a timely manner. She was incredible to work with and we could not recommend her enough! She is kind hearted and hard working, an absolute blessing.

Kelly helped us sell our home and made it extremely efficient and easy. It was heartbreaking for us to leave a home that we had built for almost 20 years but it was time to make a change. Kelly helped us find a buyer that would love the property as much as we did and get us a great return.

We have worked with Kelly on 3 different transactions now. Kelly has really good intuition about prices and the market. Her advice helped us sell both houses fast and for a great price. In one sale we had a bit of stress from an aggressive buyer’s agent but she stood her ground and got us through.We purchased a condo with her as well and we got a great value without any tug-of-war that can happen. She also led us to great resources for when we needed good and honest repairs for a great price. Kelly went above and beyond to make sure the house looked nice when I was away and helped make the process easy. It’s never easy to sell a house lived in for 30 years but she got us through it pretty painlessly. She was always a phone call away and we really appreciated her help along the way.
